Title:	Welcome to the NEW RESIDENT SERVER!
Body:	(Click on title to read entire message - IMPORTANT!) As of 10 AM Friday, 4/15/05, we have switched to a new server.  The host machine has been upgraded, but no changes have been made to the web site layout or content. REGISTERED USERS: When prompted to enter your username and password, type your UPMC Network Account username (aka NT ID). Your NEW default password is your FULL first name (spaces omitted) and the last 4 digits of your social security #. LEAVE THE DOMAIN FIELD BLANK.  NEW ACCOUNT REQUESTS: If you require an account to access the protected areas of this web site, please send an e-mail request to the following address: kathiresans@upmc.edu ; The username and password guidelines mentioned above will be followed in creating your new account.  If you do not have a UPMC Network Account, your newly created username will be the first 4 characters of your last name plus the initials of your first and middle name (e.g. doexja would be the username for John A. Doe).  The character "x" can serve as a placeholder for any part of the name. PASSWORD CHANGES AND RESETS: To change your password, click on "Change Password" on the Quick Launch bar (on the left side of the home page).  To have your password reset, please send an e-mail request to the following address: kathiresans@upmc.edu
