What autosomal dominant condition produces Dohle-like inclusions in neutrophils?
May-Hegglin anomaly due to mutation in nonmuscle myosin heavy chain 9 (MYH9).  Patients also have giant platelets, +/- thrombocytopenia and episodic bleeding (25-50%).  Granulocyte function is normal, and the leukocyte inclusions are made of ribosomes and RNA.
